Money Machine

For the school fundraiser Carson earned a chance to get in a money machine. The money blows all over and they have to try to catch as much as they can. Carson got $7.00! He was pretty excited!

School Carnival

Pleasant Green Elementary celebrated it's 25th birthday with a school carnival. They had fun bouncy things, slides, and the rock wall. Carson got about half way up it before he fell off. :) We had a good time!

Happy Birthday Ryan!

September 18th Ryan turned the big 3-0! :) To celebrate my mom had a family dinner and my dad hooked up a swing to the horse walker so Carson had his own entertainment all night. :) The next day we had Ryan's family over to celebrate as well. I hope you had a good birthday Ry!!!

Happy Anniversary!!!

On September 9th Ryan and I celebrated 5 years of marriage. First we went for a couples massage which was heaven! Then we went to Red iguana to eat. We have always wanted to go there and thought this would be a great opportunity to try it out- it was sooo yummy! I'm so grateful for anniversaries! Ryan and I have stuck together when life has thrown some tough things our way and I wouldn't want to do it with anyone else. We laugh a lot together and always let eachother know that we love one another. Here's to many more years and growing old together!

Carson is in 2nd grade!?!?

Carson started 2nd grade on August 16th! He has Mrs. Winegar this year and is really enjoying his class. He has made some new friends and seems so happy.

Two deliveries... :)

On August 26th I had to have my gallbladder removed. I had been sick for a while and after a few tests the surgeon said I needed it out. He scheduled my surgery for August 26th and i knew the date sounded familiar but it took me a minute to remember why. We were going to have a new nephew that day!!! I was so disappointed that I wouldn't be able to go see him the day he was born. But the day after I was determined that I would see him no matter what. Me and Ryan went to the hospital and met our new little nephew, Jaxxon. What a cutie he is! Good job Mike and Natalie!!! Congrats!

Ryan had to give Jaxxon his first UFC figure- Wanderlei Silva!

This was right before my surgery (don't mind the no make up). Thanks Ry for taking such good care of me! And thanks to our families that brought us in dinner!

Yellow Belt!!!

On August 23rd Carson received his yellow belt in Jiu-Jitsu! We are so proud of him and his accomplishment. It has taken a lot of hard work and dedication and he has stuck with it. He enjoys going and improves every time. A lot of family members came to see him and we went to Leatherby's after to celebrate! Thanks to everyone that came. Carson has his first tournament coming up in October and we are so excited!
Good job bud!!!

Lava!!!

The weekend of August 6th we went to Lava hot Springs with my family. We had a blast and it was nice to take a little weekend getaway. Friday night we just hung out, walked around the town and Ry and i took a bike ride with my sister and Shaun on my mom and dad's bikes. Saturday we spent most of the day tubing down the river, which I think was our favorite part. On Saturday night we went to the hot springs and sat in there as long as we could stand it- they were super hot! :) Then we went and got ice cream after. Sunday we spent time at the pool and watched Ryan go off the highest platform a couple times! It was a super fun weekend!
